Documents become knowledge your company can govern.

Answers only with approved knowledge, fit for who is asking. Cites the notes. If it doesn’t know, it says so. That question becomes new knowledge.

WHAT IT DOES

Not a chatbot on your files. The knowledge your company decided to say.

Approved notes only

It doesn’t fish in a pile of PDFs. It answers from knowledge someone published, and cites which.

Linked notes, not an archive

Notes connect to each other. Kate follows those links and answers coherently, not from one isolated file.

If it doesn’t know, it says so

It doesn’t invent. It states the limit and the question goes to whoever can fill the note. Knowledge gets better.

HOW IT WORKS

It doesn’t search PDFs. It distills, answers, and sends gaps to review.

01

You upload documents

Procedures, policies, manuals, help centers. Kate reads them and splits them by topic.

02

Notes are born

Each note has a topic, an audience, and links to others. You fix the note, not the 60-page file.

03

People ask

The answer cites the notes used. If Kate isn’t sure, or knowledge is missing, a review starts.

IN THE PRODUCT

A chat that cites notes. A queue that closes the gaps.

Kate chat: answer on discounts for the Sales audience, with note sources
Who asks Asks in their own audience. The answer cites the notes used. A thumbs-down lands on the note, not the PDF.
Kate review queue: gap on enterprise customer renewals
Who verifies Sees what is missing or flagged. Opens, updates the note, closes. Later answers are right.

THREE PROOFS

01

You fix the note,

not a 60-page PDF. Feedback has an address.

02

Different audiences,

different truths. Internal, customer, partner: without mixing.

03

If Kate doesn’t know,

it says so. A review opens the note to fix, not an invention.

WHO IT’S FOR

Companies with real procedures

50–800 people. PDFs, ISO, SOPs, help centers. A knowledge owner (quality, CX, operations) tired of three versions of the same document.

Not for

Anyone who just wants “a bot on SharePoint files.” Kate doesn’t replace Copilot as an interface. It replaces the hope that Copilot read the right PDF.

A knowledge owner

Someone who owns the notes and closes reviews. Without them, Kate governs nothing.

QUESTIONS THAT COME FIRST

Does Kate invent when it can’t find an answer?

No. It says so and opens a review. A system that doesn’t know and talks anyway is the problem Kate avoids.

Why isn’t Copilot on SharePoint enough?

Copilot searches files. If a folder has three procedures, it picks one. Kate answers only from governed notes, cites which, and opens a review when it doesn’t know.

Where is the data?

Servers are in Europe. Your documents stay yours. The model generates answers; it doesn’t become your archive.

Who checks uncertain answers?

Someone on your side, not one of our operators. Kate lists what’s missing or uncertain. You decide what enters knowledge.
